Instructions received from Shipping Master's Office in order , to avoid delays in processing of CDC's .

1. All Medical Certificates should have endorsements of E & F format .

2. All documents like Birth Certificate , School leaving Certificate , Marksheets , Passports to be verified ....& attested by Amet University .

3. Attestation of documents other than Amet is not acceptable at Shipping Master's Office .

4. All batches from the same year should be listed together along with one Single Demand Draft.

Please do not send separate Demand Draft .

5. Please mention the Batch No. & the year of the Course , as Batch No. is not sufficient on the list .

6. All documents to be put in a systematic order .

7. All photographs to be of Passport size & not smaller.
