Features
of the programme :
MBA
international business is designed
to address managerial issues that
are relevant to doing business internationally.
Program develops an advanced understanding
of critical awareness of the operations
of global organizations, strategic
concepts and current theories in the
management of global business.
Job
Opportunities :
The
Foreign Trade Policy (2004-2009) announced
by the Government in August 2004,
had visualized a doubling of India’s
merchandise trade in five years, with
an enabling policy framework and concerted
efforts by the government for facilitating
a favourble environment for international
trade.
The
growing influence of global developments
on the Indian economy was manifest
in the surge in capital inflows in
other emerging market economies.
With
broad-based growth and relative stability,
the pace of net private capital flows
to emerging market economies and developing
countries accelerated with a growth
of 124 % in the year 2007.
Service
trades, particularly finance ( Insurance)
and transportation of goods, are traditional
complements of goods trade. With the
spread of telecommunications and computer
technologies, virtually all commercial
services have become tradeable across
borders. The trend of globalization,
reinforced by liberalization policies
and the removal of regulatory obstacles,
has fueled steady growth of international
investments and trade in service.
